Return Period:
Our refund and exchange policy is valid for 30 days from the date the order is shipped. After 30 days from when you receive the item, we regret that we will not be able to provide a refund or exchange.
Return Conditions:
The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as when received, with the original packaging.
If you receive the wrong, damaged, or defective item within 30 days, please contact us immediately via email with pictures of the item and the defect. We will promptly process your request.
Please note that we do not cover return shipping and the original shipping fee is non-refundable.
Non-Returnable Items:
Gift cards and products that are part of a special promotion.
Items returned after 30 days from delivery.
Customer-modified items are not accepted for return.
Damaged or Incorrect Product:
To process a return request due to a damaged or incorrect product, please provide evidence such as a photo or video of the product. Lack of evidence may affect the processing of your request.
