Shipping policy
Order Processing Time:
Orders placed during the day will be completed and confirmed by 6pm EST. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.
We are committed to processing and confirming your order within 1 – 3 business days. If you place an order on a weekend, the order will be processed on the first business day of the following week.
Note: Business days do not include holidays and special events.
Delivery Time:
Standard delivery time is 7-15 business days. However, in some cases such as adverse weather conditions or high order volume, delivery time may be extended.
Orders will be delivered during business hours from 8am to 6pm, Monday to Saturday (no delivery on Sunday).

Shipping Costs:
Standard shipping costs are $6.99 per order.
For express shipping, shipping costs are higher. If you need, please contact us for more details.
Shipping Units:
We work with UPS and local postal partners to ensure your order is delivered to the correct address. If you have special shipping unit requirements, please contact us for assistance.
Tracking Orders:
Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number and estimated delivery date. You can use this tracking number to check the progress of your order.
Changing or Canceling an Order:
Once your order has been confirmed, unfortunately we are unable to cancel or change your order. Therefore, we recommend that you double-check the details before completing the checkout process to ensure that the order is suitable for your needs.
Incorrect Order Address:
If you realize that you have entered the wrong address, please contact us immediately via email: [email protected]. We will try to assist you, however, if the order has been picked, packed or shipped, we are unable to change the address.
