1. Can I cancel or change my order after it has been placed?

Unfortunately, once your order has been confirmed, we are unable to change or cancel it. We recommend that you double-check your order details before completing payment.

2. How do I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to check the shipping progress on the carrier’s website.

3. How long does it take to process and deliver?

Orders will be processed within 1 – 3 business days. Standard delivery times are 7-15 business days, depending on the shipping address and order volume. In some special cases, delivery times may be longer.

4. How much does shipping cost?

5. Can I exchange or return the product?

You can exchange or return the product within 30 days of receiving it, provided that the product has not been used and has its original labels and packaging intact. Please note that the return shipping costs will be your responsibility and the original shipping costs will not be refunded.

7. I have not received my refund, what should I do?

8. Does Starthoodie.store offer international shipping?
